Round Rock, Texas- 28 February 2017- The Williamson County Association of REALTORS® (WCREALTORS) is excited to partner with the Austin Community College (ACC), to provide real estate professionals and anyone interested in real estate the opportunity to elevate their level of education.

WCREALTORS will offer, to its members and the surrounding community, an eleven week summer course, Real Estate Brokerage. This course will be held at their Round Rock location starting on May 30th from 4pm to 8pm. RE Brokerage will not only count for college credit, but by enrolling in ACC’s two year program, students can receive their real estate certificate and complete the education hours needed to sit for the real estate broker exam.

All real estate courses offered by ACC will count as CE hours with the Texas Real Estate Commission; therefore, providing continuing education hours to REALTORS®. Four courses will also offer salesperson apprentice education (SAE) hours.

“We are seeing growth in the real estate industry and it is exciting that the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® is partnering with Austin Community College to develop a program that not only enhances the level of education and professionalism in real estate, but also encourages the development and growth of careers and businesses” said WCREALTOR Treasurer, Darian Rausch.

By partnering with ACC, students will be able to apply for financial aid, saving not only money, but also time by completing the program in only two years.
