      Marge Phillips, RCE | CEO/Association Executive

      Marge Phillips, RCE

      Marge has served as the Association Executive/CEO of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® since January 2006. She is responsible for the oversight and management of the day-to-day activities of the Association. Marge is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and has an extensive background in education, finance, management, and leadership.

      In 2010, Marge obtained her REALTOR® Association Certified Executive (RCE) certification from NAR. Prior to joining the staff at WCREALTORS, Marge had owned and operated multiple businesses, was the CFO for a local non-profit, and taught business development courses. Furthermore, Marge has 21 hours of financial MBA classes. In her spare time, Marge enjoys reading, writing and biking.

      Heather Bonamo | Membership & CTXMLS

      Heather Bonamo

      Heather oversees the new member registrations for the Association and CTXMLS at WCREALTORS, as well as implements new member orientation, and works with the Membership Committee.

      Prior to moving to Texas with her husband and four wonderful children, Heather was a real estate agent on Long Island, NY.  She spent 8 years as a freelancer specializing in online businesses before she joined us here at the Association in 2014. 

      In her spare time, Heather enjoys reading, playing with her 2 rambunctious dogs and sampling red wine.

      Megan Moore | Events & Governmental Affairs

      Megan Moore

      Megan joined the Williamson County Association of REALTORS in late 2017 and she will be overseeing the Association Events and Governmental Affairs. Prior to working at WCREALTORS, Megan was on staff at the Greater Nashville REALTORS for 8 years as their Events Manager/Governmental Affairs Director.

      Megan and her husband Brian live in Georgetown with their two children, Emma and Andrew, and their Goldendoodle, Oakey. She enjoys cooking, walking her dog and spending time with friends and family.

      Debby Moran | Professional Development Director

      Debby Moran

      Debby oversees the Professional Development for the Association, working with the Education Committee to bring classes to the Association. She has been with WCREALTORS since July 2014. Before coming to WCREALTORS, she taught Pre-K for 18 years.

      Debby is the mother to three boys, GiGi to two beautiful granddaughters, and a wife to Steve. In her spare time, Debby enjoys working out, reading, wine tasting, and exploring Williamson County.

      Michelle Oge | Hospitality

      Michelle Oge

      Michelle joined WCREALTORS in August 2017 as our Hospitality Director. She is the face of WCREALTORS and is responsible for reception, classroom set-up, and assisting the Membership & Education Departments. Michelle relocated to Williamson County in 2014 from Iowa and comes to the Association with over 25 years of administrative experience.

      In her spare time, Michelle enjoys spending time with family and friends as well as watching college football (Go Iowa Hawkeyes) and exploring Downtown Georgetown!

      Hannah Poyo | Marketing

      Hannah Poyo

      Hannah has a passion for serving others and providing the best customer service possible. Hannah is responsible for all things marketing at the Association, where she helps promote the events, membership, CTXMLS, and WCLife to our members and the community. She recently moved to Georgetown, TX after receiving her Master’s in Business Administration from Franciscan University. She also earned a Bachelor’s degree in both Management and Marketing from the same school.

      In her spare time, Hannah enjoys baking, playing games with her family, and exploring the area. She is excited to join the Williamson County Association of REALTORS' team and become a part of this amazing community.

      Kent Prickett | Communications & PR

      Kent Prickett

      Kent has a passion for helping people and has a dream of making a difference in the lives of the people he encounters.

      In addition to making sure that all the technology in the building is running at optimal levels, Kent also is in charge of the flyers, branding, news articles, press releases and blogs for the Association. Furthermore, he works closely with local media promoting the Association and its members. He also maintains the websites and all the technology in the building. 

      Kent is a graduate of Texas State University and in his spare time enjoys cooking, watching movies and spending time with his family and their friends.

      Leslie VanBurkleo | MLS Training Director

      Leslie VanBurkleo

      Leslie is an experienced real estate trainer and director of agent development with a demonstrated history of providing exceptional value to real estate professionals since 2006. She specializes in Multiple Listing Service, REALTOR Continuing Education, Professional Development, and Agent Coaching.
