New Member Orientation

All Applicants for REALTOR® membership are required to attend an Orientation and the National Association of REALTORS®  (NAR) Code of Ethics Training.  Failure to satisfy this requirement within 120 days of the date of application will result in denial of membership application or termination of provisional membership and fees will need to be repaid.

If you were a previous member of another REALTOR® Association and attended this training already, you will not have to attend this training again. Please request a Letter of Good Standing from your previous REALTOR® Association.  However, if you had an inactive license for more than four years you will need to attend this training again.
