Annual Golf Tournament

Every May, the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® holds their Annual Golf Classic. Teams comprised of four players compete for the grand prize and bragging rights. Advertisers receive the ability to network with participating REALTOR® teams, opportunities to display company signage at designated holes, their company name displayed in event announcements and program, and the opportunity to include company marketing items in golf goody bags being distributed to all golfers. Registration beings in March.

 

 

WC Wild Ride Scavenger Hunt

Join WCREALTORS as we explore the hidden treasures of Williamson County in a scavenger hunt of affiliate offices, builders, gift shops, restaurants and other areas of interest across the WC. In addition to the 15 – 20 required advertiser stops, there are additional stops allowing the participants to express their creativity and locate additional bonus stops. The success of this event relies heavily on participants sharing their photos on social media to organically help promote the stops. The Wild Ride Scavenger Hunt gives participants the opportunity to mix education and fun with a day of learning, laughing and leisure. No two years are the same. The winning team receives half the registration fees. Waste no time getting involved with the most fun you will ever have learning about Williamson County. Pit Stop reservations begin in June.

 

Super Bowl of Builders

The Super Bowl of Builders is an annual event was held at The Dell Diamond for the first time in 2017. The event occurs the Thursday prior to the Super Bowl. This 40 booth trade show-style event allows the builders of Williamson County the opportunity to educate the real estate community on locations, incentives, inventory, and future development, specific to each builder. Ten additional booths are available throughout the facility for non-builder affiliates. This event is a wonderful opportunity to network and create contacts with more than 400 Real Estate Professionals. Booth reservations begin December 1st of the prior year.

Bus Tour

Jump on the bus and explore what is happening in Williamson County. In 2017, WCREALTORS will be visiting the East side of the WC. While on the bus, participants learn from economic developers, mayors and city planners about the growth and future plans of Taylor, Hutto, Round Rock, and Georgetown. The bus tour is an excellent opportunity for REALTORS® and affiliates to educate themselves about the cities where they do business. Fabulous stops at new home developments, breakfast, lunch AND a social hour following the event are all part of a great experience. Registration beings in February.

Annual Installation & Awards Banquet

The Annual Installation & Awards Banquet is the premier event of the season. Held in mid-December, this event is an opportunity to celebrate the year, award Industry Awards, and install the new board of directors and President. Industry awards are presented to the REALTOR® of the Year, Rookie of the Year, Affiliate Company of the Year and the Individual Affiliate of the Year. Advertising Opportunities go on sale in early September.
