Local Associations of REALTORS® partner together to better serve their members.
Central Texas – 11 November 2016 –With the partnership of Four Rivers Association of REALTORS®, Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS® and Williamson County Association of REALTORS® almost three months ago, The Central Texas MLS (CTXMLS) is well on its way.
With the Central Texas MLS, REALTORS® can now gain access to seven counties, and expand their exposure and knowledge of the markets in Bell, Caldwell, Comal, Gonzales, Guadalupe, Hays, and Williamson Counties. Not only will REALTORS® change the course of their business, but they also receive admittance to a service that limits the multiple MLS systems in Central Texas.
Creating the new logo for the CTXMLS was focused on this vision of uniting Associations and uniting REALTORS® in Texas to create a Multiple Listing Service that provided confidence, accurate data, and strength in numbers.
The CTXMLS gives you, as REALTORS®, a choice. It gives you a voice in the marketplace, and the chance to express your concerns and feedback.
Christy Gessler, the 2012 President of the Williamson Count Association of REALTORS® said, “By leveraging the CTXMLS, members will grow their businesses to new levels, and that’s really exciting!”
Members of the Williamson County Association of REALTORS® are currently having an early enrollment in the CTXMLS. This early access is free till the end of the year and can provide maximum exposure for your client’s listings and the opportunity to explore, discover, and input data. Starting January, the CTXMLS will be $35 a month. Data from the Temple-Belton Board of REALTORS® is currently being migrated into the system, so members of CTXMLS could start seeing live data, from Temple-Belton, come December.
The Central Texas MLS provides REALTORS® with new opportunities, local MLS training and support, as well as leasing! The Williamson County Association of REALTORS® will have their first CTXMLS Training: Intro to Matrix class on November 15th at 1:00pm and then again on December 13th at 1:00pm. All are invited to participate in this free class and provide feedback on the CTXMLS.
